How to use the peptide shot tracker

    1. Choose the compound. The list includes every compound in our library. For anything else, pick “Other / custom entry” and type a name.
    2. Set the date and time. It fills in the current time for you. Change it if you are logging a shot from earlier.
    3. Add a private note (optional). Anything you want to remember, up to 1,000 characters, such as which vial you drew from or the syringe units from your calculation.
    4. Tap Save shot. The shot appears under Your shots, and the panel at the top updates to show your last logged shot and how long ago it was.
    5. Fix mistakes. Every shot in your history has its own Delete button. “Delete all local entries” clears the whole log.
    6. Back up your log. Tap Export backup to download a small .json file. To restore it in another browser or on a new phone, open this page there and tap Import backup.

Need the syringe units before you log a shot? Work them out first with the BAC water for peptides calculator.
