Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information BAC Water for Peptides collects and how it is used. We collect as little as possible.

Calculators

Calculations run in your browser. The numbers you type are not sent to our server unless you choose “Save · QR · Print”. In that case we store only the numbers of that calculation (vial amount, water volume, amount, unit, syringe size, and the optional compound label) under a random link, with no personal information attached. We also count how often each compound calculator is used, as an anonymous total.

Contact form

If you send a message, we store the name, email address, subject, and message you provide so we can reply. We use it only to respond to you and do not sell or share it.

Personal research log

The tracker page stores its entries only in your own browser (IndexedDB) on your device. They are never sent to our server. Clearing your browser data deletes them; use the export button to keep a backup.

Analytics

We use a self-hosted, privacy-focused analytics tool (Umami) that does not use cookies and does not collect personal information. It records aggregate information such as page views, referring sites, browser type, and country.

Cookies and browser storage

• csrftoken — a security cookie set when you use a form, such as the contact form.
• sessionid and messages — set only for site staff who log in, and for one-time notices after a form is sent.
• Local storage — remembers your calculator mode (quick or step-by-step) on your device.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Third-party services

Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when a page loads. When you click an affiliate link, we count the click without recording who made it, and the partner’s own privacy policy applies once you reach their site.

Server logs

Like most websites, our web server keeps short-term technical logs (such as IP address, requested page, and time) for security and troubleshooting.
