Step 1

Choose the month

The reminder time is used when you add the calendar to your phone or computer, so you get an alert at that time.

Step 2

Add your peptides

Pick each peptide from the list, give it a color, and choose how it repeats. You choose every setting; the calendar never suggests one.

How to use the peptide calendar

    1. Choose the month and year. The calendar lays out that exact month. Use the arrows to move between months; each peptide’s repeat carries over.
    2. Add each peptide. Pick it from the list, or choose “Other / custom” and type a name.
    3. Pick a color. Each peptide gets its own color on the calendar and in the key underneath.
    4. Choose how it repeats. Daily, every other day, every few days, set weekdays, days on and days off, or tap exact dates on the calendar. Add a start date and, if you like, an end date.
    5. Print it or add it to your calendar. Save a PDF, print it for the fridge, or download the calendar file for phone reminders.

When a day is done, you can log it in the free Peptide Shot Tracker.
