Our goal is accurate, clear, checkable information about BAC water and reconstitution math.

How we research

We check every fact carefully against product labeling and published research. A single unverified claim is never used as the only support for a medical or regulatory statement.

Calculator standards

• All math is shown. Each result includes the formula steps behind it.
• Mass is converted to a single unit internally and rounded only for display.
• Chart values in our guides are computed from the same formulas, not typed by hand.
• Calculators never suggest the amount to measure; the visitor always supplies it.

Medical boundaries

We do not select amounts, products, schedules, treatments, or administration methods. Worked examples illustrate arithmetic only. Pages that mention research compounds include regulatory context and a clear research-only notice.

Independence

Affiliate partners have no input into our content or calculators. We do not accept payment to change a result, a ranking, or a recommendation.

Updates and corrections

We update pages when product labeling or regulatory status changes, or when a reader reports an error through the contact page. Material corrections are made promptly.
